At 160 units and growing, we are by far the largest property manager in Cochrane, and have our offices right downtown.

We provide full property management services  for completely worry free ownership for you.
 
We advertise, find tenants, show your property, take applications, do a credit check and check references of prospective tenants, and full tenancy agreements(leases). Most leases are 1 year.
 
We collect the rent and release the funds to your bank account every month.We also take care of maintenance, tenant move in-move outs, inspections, and handle any issues that arise.
